Since we don’t know which other fairy tales characters will appear in the course of the first season, why not some fancast?

↳ Harry Potter ~ generation next: Nicholas Hoult as Anthony Nott;  6th year - Slytherin.

Everyone has a friend like Tony Nott: you don’t actually like him, he doesn’t fit in your group but, at every choice he has, he tries to follow you around like a lovesick puppy. Yeah, ok, not everyone has one of these - but the Slytherin trio surely does! And Anthony (who grew together with Blaine and Scorpius, since their fathers were friends and Theo was the only friend not to turn his back on Draco) can be taken as a *really* lovesick puppy, because God knows how long has he kept a crush on Scorpius - and God knows how far is he willing to go to get what he wants.

↳ Harry Potter ~ generation next: James Howson as Blaine Zabini;  6th year - Slytherin.

He is bossy, has a twitched nose for everything and seems to hate everyone - and considering that he is the son of Blaise Zabini and Pansy Parkinson, you couldn’t expect anything less from him. Blaine is known to be arrogant and despicable to anyone who he doesn’t consider as “friends”, which is pretty much everyone except Albus and Scorpius. If you look at him, you could swear he doesn’t have feelings; even though deep down he *does* and exactly for the wrong person. Ask him and he’ll deny, but oh, look closer and you’ll see the looks he gives to Rose Weasley…

↳ Harry Potter ~ generation next: Matthew Beard as Vernon Dursley II;  6th year - Ravenclaw.

Vernon Dursley II comes from a weird union - his father is a muggle, his mother is a witch. No, it’s not that which makes his birth weird: it’s the fact that his dad is no other than Dudley Dursley and his mum, Cho Chang! At the same time, his life is tied to the Potter family and he tries to keep himself as far away from them as possible. He has all the reasons to, right? The problem is, Lily don’t share such thoughts - and while he tries to push himself as far from them as possible, she keeps trying to drag him in; and always with open arms.

↳ Harry Potter ~ generation next: Olivia Hallinan as Rose Weasley;  6th year - Gryffindor.

Rose is much like her mother - except for the redhair, of course. Like Hermione, Rose knows everything about… well, everything. The problem is that she spend too much time reading and too little time reading; so she doesn’t know how to handle her feelings too well. She read everything there was to read about being “social”, but every time she tries, the girl ends up looking as awkward as awkward can be - and her younger brother, Hugo, always makes sure that everyone knows about the wrong steps she make. Brothers can be a bitch, right? And considering how her brother - and pretty much everyone else - has a little problem with slytherins, it only made her feel worse, every time she gets herself thinking about a specific Slytherin boy…that also happens to hate her.

↳ Harry Potter ~ generation next: Alex Pettyfer as Scorpius Malfoy;  6th year - Slytherin.

Outgoing and smartass, at first sigh Scorpius looks a lot like his father - but just the looks that equals them. A lot more down-to-earth, the chaser of Slytherin tries to be as far from the atitude Draco had as possible; and because his own dad asked him to! And when Malfoy senior said to his son that he shouldn’t make the same mistakes he did, Scorpius took it by the letter. He also took his dad’s advice and became friends with a Potter - which, eventually, led them to fall in love with each other. It would be nice, if it was just it; but of course, when you are a Malfoy, life can’t be that easy, the tendency is always get worse. And it surely will if Albus find out that his boyfriend had been doing his own brother-in-law…
